The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline from the balcony. Noise from the rooftop nightclub made it hard to sleep at night.

Pleasant staff, pleasant experience with Saul going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process as he allowed me to stay in the same room for my two separate nights, giving me peace of mind to enjoy the concert I was excited about.

The views of the skyline are stunning! The location is great, with four subway stations within walking distance and shops nearby.
No restaurants on-site made dining a challenge.

I was so disappointed with the hotel! The room was filthy and I found hair in the shower. The noise from the rooftop club was unbearable, shaking the whole ceiling until 3 AM. Definitely not worth the price!

A great location with easy street parking and friendly staff, but the cleanliness was worrying. My room was spacious and comfortable, yet I found an empty condom wrapper in the ice bucket, which made me question the attention to detail. The partial Manhattan view from the balcony was nice, although the bridge view had its downsides, especially with an unpleasant smell wafting in. Ice machines were inconveniently placed, and I was disappointed by the lack of access to the advertised patio views. For $300 a night, I expected more than just a room with closed curtains.

Price was on the higher side, but still reasonable for what you get.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a fridge and a large table with a cozy couch. The amazing view of the Manhattan skyline from the balcony was truly a highlight. The bathroom offered ample space, with a lovely bathtub and separate areas for the toilet and shower. the noise from the nearby nightclub was disruptive, often extending until midnight. the mattress was not up to par.

The location boasts excellent dining options nearby. Staff were friendly, making check-in a breeze at 10 PM. The gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable about my room. The view from the balcony? Incredible. Accommodating staff enhanced the experience. Street parking saved me $30 per night—a nice touch. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms for the city added to the positives. the entrance was hard to find, and noise from the club below was disruptive. I encountered a mix-up with my room reservation, leading to an unfortunate downgrade. Limited parking and cleanliness issues, including hair in the shower, detracted from the stay. Caution is advised for solo travelers returning late, given the industrial surroundings. A mixed bag, to say the least.

The views were amazing and made me feel like I was staying somewhere fancy. The event venue was top-notch, and the facilities were great for an enjoyable stay.
The lack of bellhop or baggage porter service was a real bummer. Arriving for a special occasion, my friend and I had to handle all our bags and items on our own, struggling to transport them through the hotel.

The heating in the room was sufficient and kept me warm during the chilly evenings, but I did notice the air conditioning wasn't the best as the room felt a bit stuffy at times. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room as I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. the sitting area could have been more comfortable and inviting, as it felt a bit sparse and lacking in coziness. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of an in, room sink, which would have been convenient for quick tasks like rinsing out a water bottle. While the free Wi, Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, I did experience some connectivity issues at times. I was hoping for soundproofed rooms, but unfortunately, I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep on a few occasions. The lack of garden furniture was also disappointing, as I would have enjoyed relaxing outdoors if the option was available. On the bright side, the free toiletries provided were of good quality and added a nice touch to the room. The AM/FM alarm clock was a helpful amenity for waking up on time, and the flat, screen TV offered entertainment during downtime. Housekeeping did a decent job of keeping the room tidy, but there were a few areas that could have been cleaner, such as the dusty linens and stained towels. valet parking was convenient, but the service could have been more efficient during peak hours. my stay at Ravel had its ups and downs, with some aspects exceeding expectations while others fell short.

We stayed at Trademark and had a great experience. the staff was fantastic, the buildings were modern and well maintained. We enjoyed the view from our room and the balcony, as well as the excellent shuttle service. the hotel offered a good breakfast and early check-in plus a late check-out at noon.

the trademark has clean rooms and bathrooms, and the complimentary breakfast with a rooftop view of the queensboro bridge is a plus. the free shuttle service and proximity to the penthouse restaurant make exploring the area super convenient. the helpful and polite staff also made my stay enjoyable.

The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from 4 subways, making it convenient for getting around. Having a balcony in the room was a nice touch, allowing for some fresh air and a view.
The cleanliness was subpar with dirty walls, and the ice machine was inconveniently located on the second floor in only one building, requiring multiple elevator rides to access. The pool was only open on weekends, and the views did not match the advertised pictures.

Great location with easy access to attractions, nice gym to burn off those accidental vacation calories, and the Penthouse 808 club offering weekend fun. My entertainment at the Museum of the Moving Image probably deserves an Oscar nod.
Who knew a room could double as a sauna and icebox at the same time? .

We hit up the nightclub and danced the night away, pumped some iron at the fitness center, and raced around on the rented bikes. It was like a teenage dream come true - so much fun packed into one place!
Just wish they had a more happening rooftop party scene with DJs for extra excitement! 🎉.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Gantry Plaza State Park. The customer service agents were exceptional and offered great assistance. The on-site restaurant, Penthouse 808, provides wonderful indoor and outdoor dining space.
Limited dining availability for celebrations.

My stay at this hotel was amazing, just like being in my own home. As a vegetarian and vegan guest, I was pleasantly surprised by the options available. The room was equipped with free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. The 24-hour reception and security ensured peace of mind. The rooftop pool and bar/lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The location was convenient for getting to Manhattan and close to the airport.
The only drawback was the lack of privacy in the open toilet design.
